With over 25 years of experience helping companies increase performance, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to helping organizations and individuals thrive. My journey began with an MBA, where I honed skills in leadership, operations, and growth strategy—but while working with my clients, I realized that lasting success depends just as much on understanding people, culture, and systems. That insight led me to pursue a Master of Social Work (MSW), deepening my ability to navigate complex human dynamics, uncover hidden patterns, and foster environments rooted in trust, equity, and accountability.
Too often, companies miss their targets or fail to achieve strategic goals because of underlying human issues—breakdowns in communication, misaligned values, leadership blind spots, or cultural barriers. These invisible dynamics can erode trust, create conflict, and stall progress in ways that purely financial or operational strategies can’t fix. This is why combining business acumen with social science and behavioral insight is essential. It allows organizations to address root causes, build resilience, and create environments where people and performance thrive together.
